Selfishness is defined as being concerned excessively or exclusively with oneself. If you are a me-centric type of person, it means you are more likely to consider your own needs ahead of the people around you. Some would argue it’s human nature, but the Bible gives us the tools we need to become people who are considerate and how to put others’ needs above our own.
