In the Parables of the Guests (Luke 14), Jesus utilizes a teaching moment to provide instructions that affect the daily lives of all. We must be authentic disciples of Jesus Christ, displaying genuine humility, as we interact with all people, with hospitality. We must express appreciation for our invitation (calling) to maintain and strengthen our relationship with the Father, through Jesus Christ.
